Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RelayGuard's hosted gateway and dashboard at 0xrelayguard.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service

RelayGuard provides a bring-your-own-RPC gateway: you configure provider endpoints and API keys; we route traffic, monitor provider health, and optionally apply Security Mode quorum checks. We may update features, limits, and pricing with notice where required.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
  • You are responsible for activity under your workspace and API keys
  • You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to enter these Terms
  • One person or legal entity per workspace owner account unless we agree otherwise

Your RPC providers

You supply third-party RPC endpoints and keys. You represent that you have the right to use those endpoints through RelayGuard under each provider's terms. RelayGuard is not responsible for provider outages, rate limits, or policy changes on your upstream RPC accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activity or to attack third parties
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or rate limits
  • Probe or scan infrastructure without authorization (see Responsible disclosure)
  • Resell or sublicense the hosted service without a written agreement with us
  • Upload malware or content that interferes with the platform
  • Share API keys publicly or use the service in ways that endanger other customers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use or pose a security risk, with notice when practical.

Availability and support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Beta and early-access tiers may change without SLA. Status updates are published at gateway.0xrelayguard.com/status.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data boundary. You retain ownership of your configuration; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RELAYGUARD DOES NOT GUARANTEE RPC RESULT ACCURACY, BLOCKCHAIN CONSENSUS, OR PROTECTION AGAINST ALL CLASSES OF ATTACK. SECURITY MODE REDUCES CERTAIN RPC INTEGRITY RISKS BUT DOES NOT MAKE APPLICATIONS TRUSTLESS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAYGUARD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU USE A FREE TIER).

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (limits of liability, disclaimers) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
